I’ve been awake since just before 1 a.m.  Now I need to drive across town to meet my group and run 12 miles.  I can’t think of anything I would less like to do right now.

Hope the run and companionship cheered you up, I slept well last night on the boat.

I slept well last night out of sheer exhaustion. lol I am sorry you had some insomnia….I hope you can grab a nap today after your 12 mile run. Sheesh!

Wow. Insomnia is a beast. But, I’ve noticed that I don’t mind it so much if I can’t sleep and I’m up doing something, as opposed to trying to sleep and having to fight off all the thoughts that race through my head. I hope you have a good run.

    • Thanks Kelly. I was so worried about being rested for the 12 miles, I stayed in bed with the lights out all night. In retrospect, I should have done what you do and just get up and do something!
